We’ve all heard it:

 “People at work just aren’t as loyal as they used to be.”

 Is that the case?

 Or...are we measuring loyalty on an outdated scale?

 Loyalty used to be measured by years…now it’s measured by impact.

 People (i.e. millennials) are as loyal as the generations before them.

 It's our measuring system that needs to change.
