Leave your mark
As a kid, I had a habit of crashing into things.
Hedgerows. Telephone poles. Signposts.
These incidents were often the result of a stunt I was trying to perform.
Apparently, I craved attention.
My older brother would arrive on the scene to survey the damage.
Looking at my scrapes and bruises he’d proclaim, "Man...that one left a mark!"
As an adult, my priorities have changed.
My goal is no longer to impress…it’s to make an impression.
The same goes for you.
Every day we have opportunities, through words and actions, to leave a positive mark on negative situations.
The question is: How will you leave your mark today?
