Answers to the test
I struggled in school.
As a misfit in our educational system, I often daydreamed about having the answers to the test.
Perhaps that's why I enjoy business so much.
In business, it's not cheating to get the answers before a test.
The answers you need to succeed are in the questions you’re willing to ask:
Questions like:
"From your perspective, what's blocking our progress?"
"What will it take to achieve this goal?"
"What would it mean to you personally if we improve this?"
"What’s at risk if we don’t succeed?"
"How should we proceed?"
Consider recent interactions with your leaders, colleagues, and clients:
What question have you been hesitating to ask?
Move from guessing to knowing.
