Procrastination.

Ugh. Can't we talk about that some other time?

Finding the motivation to do the things we would rather avoid is difficult.

However, without the discipline to do what’s difficult…life has a way of passing us by.

Sometimes laughing at our frustrating habits is the best way to change them:

Think of one thing on your "to-do list" as well as one thing on your "bucket list" that you have been putting off.
