Word energy

Words have energy.

That energy is amplified or altered by the way you use them.

Take the phrase “I knew that was going to happen”.

It often expresses a spirit of defeat:

  • I knew I was going to trip on those stairs.

  • I knew I was going to be stuck in traffic.

  • I knew I was going to get hurt in that relationship.

Those same words can also express a spirit of optimism:

  • I knew I would find my wallet!

  • I knew I would end up in the right job!

  • I knew I was strong enough to get through this!

Which “knowing” serves you best?

Shift the power of your words by shifting the energy you give them.
