“Practice makes perfect” is flawed logic.

 “Practice makes patterns” is more accurate.

 Some practices serve us well (brushing teeth), some not so well (midnight ice cream). 

 What do you want to get better at? 

  •       Stagnation or growth

  •       Rigidity or flexibility

  •       Scarcity or abundance

  •       Negativity or optimism

  •       Judgment or compassion

 Today’s practices are tomorrow’s patterns.
