What's scarier than asking?

 What's scarier than asking?

Not knowing.

Asking feels risky. It can unlock all types of information we’d prefer not to encounter.

Not knowing provides the illusion of safety. It’s really a trap.

Without asking, we become ensnared in the land of “NO”. No understanding. No clarity. No apology. No reconciliation. No moving forward.

Skillful questions require courage and can unlock unlimited human potential.

This week, rather than accepting not knowing, ask:

  •       Why do you think that is?

  •       How did we end up here?

  •       What roles did we play?

  •       From your perspective, how can things improve?

Questions are some of the most valuable tools we possess.

Use them wisely. Use them often.

The thing we fear is the key to uncovering the solution we seek.
