It's the doing that matters

Deciding what needs improvement is easy.

Doing the work required to see results is where things get real.

Decisions rarely translate into doing unless you have a big enough why.

  • Why do you want to improve your health?

  • Why do you want to restore that relationship?

  • Why do you want to propel your career?

On the days you want to quit, and there will be many, the fuel of your why maintains your momentum.

A shallow why won’t cut it. You’ve got to dig deep to reach the fuel you’ll need.

Knowing what you want to accomplish is how you start.

Knowing why you want to accomplish it is how you finish.
